This is my first cafe, built with love and passion, and I’m beyond grateful to be part of this amazing community. At Bright’s Cafe, we bring a touch of Italy to Bristol—offering authentic Italian cannoli, rich Santal juices, and indulgent filled muffins with chocolate and apricot. But there’s also a piece of my heart here—my Romanian roots inspire the warmth and hospitality you’ll feel the moment you walk in. For me, a cafe is more than just a place to grab a coffee; it’s a space where people connect, share stories, and feel at home, just like in Romania.
